currently really enjoying simple projects that don’t make my tired, done-with-testing brain work very hard. i love how these open wide pouches (free pattern by noodlehead) come together so quickly, and also double as a storage bin!
i’ve been making a lot of these pouches lately because they fit with the BUST MY STASH CHALLENGE i am currently in the middle of. i have lots of plastic zippers that i need to use, and the open wide pouch is a great use. i think my favourite one is the pouch made out of an old embroidery panel i’ve had lying around. it’s inspired by melissa wastney and issue 5 of makingzine, and i love the design so much! it’s perfect for beginners like me and looks amazing 🙂
